business; providing you with customer support; conducting market research; developing and enhancing this
Website as well as our products and services; detecting and preventing fraud and other harmful

DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
We may disclose your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes to the following categories of
third
parties:
- Our service providers. We share your Personal Information with third parties that provide
services
to us or to whom we outsource certain services, such as website/system/data hosting, management, and

Information to
government and law enforcement authorities, in each case to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
or requests.

stock (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceeding), we may disclose or transfer
your
Personal Information to certain third parties, such as the acquiring entity and its advisers.
- Other third parties. We will disclose your Personal Information to other third parties at your
direction or with your consent. Additionally, we will disclose your Personal Information as we believe

allow us to pursue available remedies or limit damages that we may sustain.
We may disclose your Personal Information for other reasons that we will describe at the time of information
collection or prior to disclosing your information.
Depending on your U.S. state residency, some of the disclosures described above constitute "sales" of
Personal

can be
found in the "Your Choices and Legal Rights" section below.
Please note that we may de-identify or aggregate Personal Information so that it will no longer be considered

YOUR CHOICES AND LEGAL RIGHTS.
Your choices. We provide you with the ability to make certain choices about how we use your Personal
Information.
Additional details are below.
Opt out of promotional/marketing communications. We may send you periodic promotional and marketing
emails
and/or
text messages, and we will obtain your consent to do so, where required by law. If you no longer wish to
receive
such communications from us, you may opt out of such communications at any time by following the opt-out
instructions included in any promotional or marketing email or text message you receive from us.
Instructions on
how to opt out of our Promotional Messaging Alert program can also be found in our Terms of Use
https://www.redwingshoes.com/legal/terms.html. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving
communications
from us about new styles and Red Wing news, we may still send you administrative and transactional messages
from
which you cannot opt out.
Exercise your interest-based advertising choices. As noted above, we (and our partners) engage in
interest-based
advertising to deliver online, relevant advertising to you. You may be able to opt out of receiving
interest-based advertisements using the browser opt-out tools and consumer choice mechanisms provided by
interest-based advertising self-regulatory groups by following the links below:
You will need to opt out separately on all your browsers and devices, as each opt-out will apply only to the
specific browser or device from which you opt out. If you delete or reset your cookies or mobile
identifiers,
change browsers, or use a different device, any opt-out cookie or tool may no longer work and you will have
to
opt out again. Even if you choose to opt out of receiving interest-based advertising, you may still receive
advertising, but the advertisements may be less relevant.
Some of our partners may provide you with additional choices with respect to interest-based advertising. For
example, certain social media platforms allow you to control your advertising preferences directly through
their
services. Please review the privacy policies of the third-party services you use for more information.
If you reside in the United States, depending on your state residency, our use and disclosure of information
for
interest-based advertising purposes constitutes the processing of Personal Information for "targeted
advertising" under applicable law. Details on how to exercise your legal rights with respect to "targeted
advertising" can be found below.
Your legal rights. Depending on your country (or U.S. state of residence), under applicable law, you

about
our handling of such information.

using
it) or limit our use of your Personal Information (e.g., if your Personal Information is inaccurate or
unlawfully held).
- Object to our use of your Personal Information.

collect
and use your Personal Information on the basis of your consent).

If you are interested in exercising one or more of the rights outlined above, you can contact us
through any of the methods described in the "Contact Information" section below. Upon receipt of your
request, we will
endeavor to honor it based on the information that we collect and maintain.

cannot verify your identity and confirm that the Personal Information we maintain relates to you.

Virginia.

in
addition to the rights described above, you may have the right to opt out of: (i) the "sale" of your
Personal
Information; (ii) the processing of your Personal Information for "targeted advertising" purposes; and (iii)
certain
forms of "profiling" (as these terms are defined in the applicable law).

the methods described in the "Contact Information" section below. Upon receipt of your request, we will
endeavor to
honor it based on the information that we collect and maintain.
Where available, you may choose to enable an online tool that automatically communicates your opt-out
preferences,
such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). When detected, we will process such signals as a request to opt
out.
Additionally, if you reside in Colorado or Connecticut, you may authorize someone to submit an opt-out
request on
your behalf using the submission methods described above. Where appropriate, we will request information or
documentation to verify your identity as well as the agent's authority to act on your behalf.
If you reside in Colorado, Connecticut, or Virginia, you also have the right to appeal a decision we have
made in
connection with your privacy rights request. To appeal a decision, please contact us at 1-800-261-0326 or

We do not knowingly "sell" or "share" the Personal Information of consumers under the age of 16, unless we
receive affirmative authorization from either a consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age or the parent
or
guardian of a consumer less than 13 years of age.
Privacy Rights and Requests
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
- Right to know and access. You have the right to request that we disclose the following

each category of recipient obtained.
- Right to correct. You have the right to correct inaccurate Personal Information that we
maintain about
you, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing.
- Right to delete. You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we have

provide with information we hold.
